Exercise physiology

A woman receiving a physical therapy or stretching exercise from a young girl. The woman is wearing a blue long-sleeve shirt and is leaning to the side with her arm raised overhead. The girl is standing behind her, holding her arm and smiling. The background features a beige curtain.
Accredited exercise physiologists (AEPs) are university-qualified health professionals who prescribe and deliver evidence-based movement programs to support people with chronic conditions, pain, injuries and disability. We focus on improving function, managing symptoms, and enhancing quality of life.

At Visible Exercise Physiology, most sessions are offered online, so you can access care from the comfort of your home. Whether you're navigating an invisible condition or working towards feeling stronger in your body, this space is designed with you in mind.

Exercise physiologists also support clients through behaviour change strategies, including education, lifestyle guidance, and motivational interviewing — because meaningful change happens when we support every part of your wellbeing, not just the physical.
