Hello!Jemima brings eight years of fitness industry experience alongside her qualifications as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP, graduating in 2024), blending deep professional knowledge with profound personal insight. Her passion for exercise physiology is deeply rooted in her own lived experience navigating hEDS, CCI, POTS, ME/CFS, MCAS, endometriosis, AuDHD and CPTSD. As a proud member of the queer community, Jemima ensures her practice is inherently inclusive and client-centered.
