Charlotte Bellsmith (she/her)

Hello!

Charlotte is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist based on Bunurong land, south‑east of Naarm, shaped by a personal journey that led her into the world of rehabilitation. After experiencing a transtibial amputation in early adulthood, she discovered a passion for movement, accessibility and person‑centred care, eventually completing her Bachelor of Sports & Exercise Science and Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Deakin University.

As an autistic and ADHD clinician, Charlotte understands how neurodivergence can influence energy, function and the way people engage with movement. This lived insight informs her warm, neuroaffirming approach, where pacing, sensory needs, and individual capacity are respected and woven into every program.

Charlotte’s clinical interests include amputee rehabilitation and lifetime support, adaptive sport, ME/CFS, chronic pain, and neurodivergent‑tailored pacing strategies. She is committed to creating spaces where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to move in ways that honour their lived experience.

Fun fact: Charlotte is a lifelong Pokémon fan and insists that building a balanced team is basically the same skill set as writing a good rehab program.
