Bridget Laming (she/her)
Hello!Bridget is an exceptional queer and neurodivergent Accredited Exercise Physiologist combining advanced clinical training with lived experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science (2023) and a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology (2025), with research focused on exercise for trans and gender-diverse youth.
Living with symptomatic hypermobility and dysautonomia, Bridget brings vital insider knowledge to her practice. She specialises in non-traditional movement modalities, completely replacing "gym and running" regimes with innovative, safe alternatives for individuals traditionally overlooked by mainstream healthcare.
