Meet Yaz
(she/her)
Yaz is a support worker and is located in Brisbane. With a lived experience of ADHD, CPTSD, hEDS, POTS and MCAS, she understands firsthand the challenges of managing health, energy and daily life with chronic illness. Her work is grounded in empathy, authenticity and lived understanding - creating a space where people feel genuinely seen, supported and valued.
Alongside her support work, Yaz brings warmth and relatability to every interaction. She’s often accompanied by her little sidekick, Sebastian, who’s always ready for a duck treat. Outside of work, Yaz enjoys reading, baking, gardening, horse riding, gaming and going to the gym. She’s also a big fan of Lego and loves relaxing with an episode of Superstore.
Fun fact about Yaz: She hopes to foster cats one day.
