Online movement classes

Our movement classes are designed for people with symptomatic hypermobility, POTS and long COVID, ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, chronic pain and other invisible illnesses. They are delivered by experienced accredited exercise physiologist with training in pilates and strength and conditioning and experience in somatics and mindfulness.

Our classes focus on nervous system regulation, increasing strength and joint stability, and building confidence in movement at your own pace.

Pay just $20 per class to join live and move your body safely alongside others with lived experience. No lock-in memberships and if you can’t make it live, you’ll receive a recording to follow along in your own time.

  • Each class is designed to help you move safely, gently, and confidently - no matter your current energy level or mobility. You’ll be guided through paced, low-impact movements that focus on stability, body awareness, and nervous system regulation.

    Our classes are also flexible and trauma-informed. You’ll be encouraged to listen to your body, take breaks when needed and adapt movements to suit your individual needs.

    Expect a calm, supportive environment where you can connect with others who understand what it’s like to live with invisible conditions. You’ll leave feeling grounded, accomplished and more in tune with your body.

  • No special equipment is required! Most classes can be done using just your body weight and items you already have at home, such as a chair, cushion, or wall for support.

    If you’d like to enhance your setup, you’re welcome to use light resistance bands, small hand weights, or a yoga mat - but these are completely optional. Each movement will be adaptable, so you can participate comfortably with whatever you have available.

Complete your booking with a quick online payment. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your class link and details.

    If you’d like to save, you can purchase a 10-session pass for $175, which can be used anytime and gives you the flexibility to join when it suits your energy and schedule.
