A woman with long brown hair lying on a yellow couch, resting her head on the cushion and looking at the camera with a gentle expression.

Our story began with one health professional who understood firsthand what it means to live with a body that doesn't always follow the rules.

That experience grew into a practice grounded in compassion, curiosity and truly inclusive care.

We provide accessible exercise physiology and support work to people with invisible conditions and from diverse backgrounds who have struggled to find quality care in Australia.

Our approach is person-centred, trauma-informed and neuro-affirming. We embrace and welcome individuals from all backgrounds and of all gender identities and neurotypes.
